Cherwell - One Help-desk for LGCA

To better service our districts, starting July 2019, LGCA will be using Cherwell as our help-desk for all LGCA services, including Infinite Campus.  By using one help-desk this will provide better tracking to insure tickets are being handled by the appropriate staff.  LGCA will be able to analyze the tickets to see where additional support/training might be needed. At the completion of each ticket we will request your feedback to see how we responded, if we met your needs and if there needs to be any additional training or support.

Campus Visualization - (Tableau)

The Campus Visualization (Tableau) package provides a library of modern data dashboards integrated into the Infinite Campus interface. It gives the ability to customize dashboards and create integrated visualizations from either Infinite Campus or any other data source the district may want to analyze and share. This is a software integration that LGCA is providing and supporting as an additional service to help enhance the readability of the endless data in Infinite Campus. Use this LINK to watch demo. Email jeremy.hunter@lgca.org if you would like additional information or a demo.

Technology Integration

LGCA is excited to announce starting this school year there will be a shared LGCA OverDrive collection of eBooks and audiobooks. Each district/building participating in media services will have access to these additional electronic resources. There will be more information to follow, but feel free to contact lgca_sirsi@lgca.org at any time with any questions you may have.
