District System Administrators with the appropriate tool rights can navigate to System Administration>Messenger>Messenger Preferences>Voice Settings. Use the Voice Settings in the area called Messenger Tool Settings. To enable voice and text for campus instruction, you choose the option of YES for both fields that read "Allow Voice and Allow Text as a Delivery Device for Messenger in the Instruction module"
Once it is is enabled for your Teaching Staff along with some other additional fields
then your teachers will be able to send messages to any delivery device selected as seen below. Which would include Inbox,Email, Voice and Text.
