Districts need to activate the new form and inactivate the old forms.
You can accomplish this by going to System Adms>Special Ed> Eval Types ..choose new and make sure the format is 2019.2 Click the active box then save. You then need to deactive the old form by clicking on the name and unchecking the Active check box then save.
This process is the exact same for the IEP & SP path to those are System Admin>Special Ed>Plan types.
