Overdues and Notices
There are multiple ways to run the INFOhio Overdues and Notices report. Each layout has its own benefits. Here are some examples of that I came up with. Find a layout that you like and refer to the instructions for that format.

Example A Homeroom List with Totals List of all students in the building that have an overdue book and/or owes the library money and the amounts owed to the library are totaled. The report is divided so that each homeroom starts on a new page. You can print off the report and pass out each page to the homeroom teachers.  1:31

Example B Homeroom List Same setup and information as the “Homeroom list with totals” except that if a student has more than one book overdue and/or owes the library money, the amount owed is not totaled. You can print off the report and pass out each page to the homeroom teachers.  1:50

Example C Library Desk List  An A-Z list of all students in the building that owe the library a book and/or money. Great list for keeping at the library desk for quick reference.  1:44

Example D Overdue Notices One page report per student showing all books that are overdue, their cost and any moneys owed to the library. Print these off and send home with the student.  2:01

Example E Overdue Notices with customized message Same report as the “Overdue Notices” except you enter your own message regarding overdue books and/or money owed to the library. Print these off and send home with the student.  1:50

Example F Overdue Notices, with two notices per page  Same as “Overdue Notices” or “Overdue Notices with customized message” except the report is designed to print two notices on one page. Two per page to help save paper/ink. You can print off the report, cut the pages in two, and pass out each ½ page to the correct homeroom teachers to send home with the student.  2:01

Example G List or Notices for one homeroom: Any of the above reports, but for just one homeroom.
Example H Just Overdues: Any of the above reports, but just for overdue books.
Example I Just Money owed: Any of the above reports, but just for moneys owed to the library.
Example J Email Overdue Notice with customized message to parents/students.
